Step 6

 BARBIE COLLECTIBLE DOLLS

During step six you will want to check to see if you have a Barbie collectible doll with original outfit, but even more important, are the accessories that are for sale with it and you can check the accuracy through a catalog.  Your collectible Barbie Doll is worth more in the outfit it was wearing when it was for sale and this is also true for the accessories.  Collectible accessories will increase the value of your Barbie Doll.  As all women say accessories complete the outfit and this is even true when it comes to Barbie.  If you are unsure if your accessories are original then you find many catalogs for sale that will help you obtain this information. There are many popular catalogs to reference collectible accessories for your Barbie doll.

There are catalogs that give you full color pictures of all of Barbie's clothes and accessories so when determining if this is a Vintage doll with all of her accessories this guide will put you in the right direction.

Another catalog that is great to reference for a collectible Barbie Doll for sale is Vintage Barbie Dolls. This catalog is great because it has Barbie and the whole Barbie family so if you are looking for a certain Barbie doll for sale and you want to know what collectible accessories would have been with this Barbie doll this is the guide for you.  Barbie is not Barbie without her accessories.  It is what makes the woman.

It is neat to see some of the collectible accessories in any of the catalogs showing collectible Barbie dolls for sale.  It is interesting to see what type of accessories made her from 1959-current.  The first Barbie Doll in 1959 is dressed in a Black/white swimsuit, gold hoop earrings, white sun glasses/blue lenses, black open toe heels with holes on bottom to fit on the pedestal.
and today's Barbie is the 2007 Holiday Barbie Doll for sale who is dressed in a gorgeous red velvet gown with white faux-fir trim, black lace and of course a black belt that looks curiously similar to the one Santa's wears.  She has arrived just in time for the Holidays to bring our little girls a smile to their faces.  She is just as beautiful as the 1959 Barbie was.
